Samples, where & how

Hey all,

Well due to my lack of facility to record drums & after recent success using Stevie Wonder's drum beat, Ive finally decided to bite the bullet & get sampling

Trouble is I cant find any, good ones that is. Also, when I used the superstition beat, I cut out the single bar pattern by hand but Im finding it more difficult to that recently & was wondering if theres any software for cutting loops

Thanx

Lewis

I recommend the Roland Soundcanvas. pleanty of drum sounds in there. Using Audio Logic, you can write your own drums.

The best one we have, is the "Zepplin Kit" on the Roland TS10.

The roland soundcanvas has very realistic sounds though as well.

Hmm.

You can usually get promotional CD's in the mail from companies like Roland.
