I was surprised at all the love for "Holly Rock". I always thought it was Sheila E's worst song, she shoud never rap. Granted the Prince version is better Making love and music are the only things worth fighting for. | |

I slept on "Holly Rock" until I listened to the podcast. So, as instructed, I put on decent headphones and turned it up to the max...and...RAAAHHH!! The guitars are properly kicking off - loved to have seen Prince do those funky noodlings à la "Love or Money", "Feel u up" in the studio etc. That's why I love Peach and Black, shining a light on layers I overlook. . Respect! | |

While discussing "Sex Shooter," Playa mentions being able to hear things buried in the mix that's equivalent to when you put your headphone jack in only halfway. He called it "oopsing" I think? However, Googling "oopsing" didn't bring up anything. Anyone know the proper spelling? Am I way off? lol! | |
