This was great...superb. Although I lived Deliverence, they made great points that although they sounded finished, they may not have been what Prince envisioned. I do agree that we do not want people touching up his music. I still think Deliverance was excellent though.

I also am dismayed that those in charge still get facts wrong...Don Batts engineering 1983 Piano and Mic being wrong based on the dates.....the estate choosing that as a release...I love it but do not get why it was chosen. It sounds to me like there are no real Prinxeolohists working for the estate despite hearing the contrary from Troy Catter...Susan Roger's etc

Last comment - I am amazed that such knowledgeable people like Joozt and Edgar actually are not well aware of Prince after his 80s period. I am never comfortable hearing people describing Prince's 80s work as his peak. I get it was extremely special but his early 90s..early 2000s are too amazing periods too. I always smile thinking his Phase 2 album was his last, and one of his best ever. I listen to the last track Big City and smile again that this was his last released track...what a way to go out.
These amazing Princeologists have a lot to discover and what surprises me is that even guys of their level of knowledge don't know his whole catalogue.
This tells me that the curators have a LOT of work to do. There will be interest if they do it right.
