I love your podcast! The dynamic between you and your wife is just fantastic. She growing up with other bands and style of music makes her choices on albums a nice surprise sometimes. And you reacting to why this might be. I'm glad that you made clear from the first episode that you are deep into the bootlegs. Not trying to hide the fact that they are out there. Your 1 second song skill are impecable. And the fact that you stated that Pink Cashmere are one of your favourite Prince song together with saying that Prince vocals on Love 2 The 9's, the last 40 seconds, may be his best ever sealed the deal for me. Especially since I've have the EXACT same thoughts. I love your concept of choosing a time capsule, a sea and a mountain. However, I don't think Prince is a time capsule of the 80's at all. He was his own entity back then. Can't be imitated at all, ever. | |
