2 questions:

.

1) Are you playing with a piano/strings patch? (i.e. strings on everything) or did you have a string track or something (I always wonder can you just play with the string pad on all the piano notes or will it be "to much"). It sounds great.

2) Is that the same Noon Rendezvous as Sheila E's?

Hi Lovejunky, the beautiful piano still in storage unfortunately, I have been holding off in new tributes until I get it back because the keyboard just doesn't do his songs justice.

Hello GaryMF, glad you enjoyed it. Here are the answers to your questions:

1. Just playing the strings would be overwhelming, this sound is a Piano and strings combo where I have lowered the string volume, and I use the sustain pedal to make sure they don't get out of control.

2. It is the same Neon Rondezvous, you can see my original grand piano performance of this song here. When I played the xcerpt on the Korg digital piano, I was playing the "sitting in this cafe, waiting for my baby" part.

I LOVE NOON RENDEVOUS and how you did it. I mainly know the song from Sheial's version though I have heard the unreleased too.

1.) so to be cler, you are jut playing a pianoi/strings patch and keep the strings volume low (but in theory every note you play including bass has strings)?

2. I assume you are doing this by ear? (Wow!)

3. Are you doing the songs in in the original keys?
