2 Poems A long time lurker on this site, I share in all your grief, And whilst I post these poems tonight, The act brings no relief.
I can't believe the man has gone, The man we worshipped so. I pray the Org goes on and on, In joy, in love, in woe -
It surely would have been his hope We still embrace his work, And find it in our hearts to cope, Both those who post, who lurk.
My tears have stopped, the well ran dry, Was for a time a hole. My love for him now fills it high, He stored it in my soul.
I hope your love for him will bring You closer over time To what in you can dance and sing. He'd find that quite sublime.

The Most Beautiful Man In The World
The camera had a duty, A sacred obligation, To document the beauty Of this glorious creation.
Being thus anointed To a task divine, It never disappointed In its efforts to enshrine
As well it could an essence, An elegance made flesh. Each moment in his presence, Every time it clicked afresh
The camera gave us what we craved. And now we have the one Forever, precious, to be saved: Him cycling in the sun.
