The whole song? Or the basic chord progression (verse / chorus)? I could listen to it for awhile and give it a try. I wonder if the music stores are selling a songbook for this? Who's publishing it? I'll take a look in a few days.

I've always played it like this...
E, A, B I tried it with the C# chord and it's got a nice feel to it! Here's a riff that is played throughout 6th string (e) 2-->4-->2, open, 5th string 2 play that in between the B chord and the E or (C#) 2nd time around play this simple riff 1st (E) string 2-->4-->2 Hope that's some help!

This is how I play it for now....
E Major Second finger on - G# (6th string 4th fret) First finger on - E (4th string 2nd fret) Third finger on - B (3rd string 4th fret) Fourth finger on - E (2nd string 5th fret) Play the open E on the 1st string as well. Don't play the 5th string, muffle it with the touch of your second finger. A Major First finger - A (6th string 5th fret) Third finger - E (5th string 7th fret) Pinky finger - A (4th string 7th fret) Second finger - C# (3rd string 6th fret) Play the first 2 strings open. B Major Slide up the 2 frets with the same fingering as the A major to play the B Major chord (Don't play the first string this time) The Little melody bit. Third finger 2nd string 9th fret First finger 2nd string 7th fret Third finger 3nd string 9th fret Second finger 3rd string 8th fret The other little melody bit he does is Slide 5th string 9th fret to the 11th fret (using 3rd finger) then play first finger 9th fret strings 4 & 3 Then comes the change: F# Maj Second finger on - A# (6th string 6th fret) First finger on - F# (4th string 4th fret) Third finger on - C# (3rd string 6th fret) Fourth finger on - F# (2nd string 7th fret) Don't play the 1st string. Don't play the 5th string, muffle it with the touch of your second finger. F# Minor Second finger on - A (6th string 5th fret) First finger on - F# (4th string 4th fret) Third finger on - C# (3rd string 6th fret) Fourth finger on - F# (2nd string 7th fret) Don't play the 1st string. Don't play the 5th string, muffle it with the touch of your second finger. Then the little melody bit G# (First finger, 1st string 4th fret) F# (Pinky finger, 2nd string 7th fret) E (Second finger, 2nd string 5th fret) F# (Pinky finger, 2nd string 7th fret) E (Second finger, 2nd string 5th fret) D# (First finger, 2nd string 4th fret) E Major E Minor These two chords of the change are achieved by sliding down 2 frets everything done for the first 2 chords of the change as well as the melody bit. then the "did you give your all" bit Thumb - F# (6th string 2nd fret) Third finger - C# (5th string 4th fret) Pinky - F# (4th string 4th fret) First finger - A (3rd string 2nd fret) play open the 1st and 2nd strings open Strum everything on that chord then play a B major when he sings "all" [This message was edited Wed Mar 19 16:13:49 PST 2003 by up2bat]
