LOVE IT! Harmonies are surprisingly on point! Then the band really captured the vibe of the song, actually making it better as a little of a longer jam. You're still keeping it up and getting better with age! If you don't mind me asking, how often do you guys gig out/practice?

Thanks, Slave! We usually do three or four gigs a month. We hardly ever practice, but there will be a lull in the action next month so we're going to learn some new tunes. Any suggestions?

Marvin Gaye - Got to give it up!
Change the lyrics to mention Robin Thicke can suck it.

Really anything from Marivn, Donny Hathaway, or Curtis. Some Soul I think you guys could do justice.
I just thought that Robin Thicke rip-off was timely for you to educate those who can't hear it. LOL

We do Blurred Lines already, maybe we can blend it right into the Marvin song. That would be pretty awesome!

My suggestion would be to start with blurred rip off and then someone in the band starts yelling "stop, stop, STOP!", the band looks at eah other all confused like "What the?" and then whatever band member stopped the tume says, "that's some second rate soul, why not play the REAL VERSION" and then the band on the 3 count breaks into Marvin.
Maybe one of your epic medleys (in Marvin) right into a little Curtis Mayfield...
Sorry, just dreaming on this post for what my next band will have to do...
