An eclectic mix of R&B, funk, hip-hop, neo soul and spoken word, My Way is a product of two years of hard work and dedication. Over 28 songs were written/arranged for this project by Quinton before being narrowed down to the best 13. It's rife with influences from a wide range of artists including Maxwell, Prince, Michael Jackson, the P-Funk Collective, Gil Scott-Heron, D'Angelo and much more. Themes of love, independence, break up, and coming of age are prevalent throughout the album. It harkens to albums like Off The Wall, Urban Hang Suite, and Brown Sugar.

i really enjoyed it! i can tell the off the wall influence especially on the dance the night away tracks, which are probably my two favorite from the album.
