I need to find an intermediate guitar method.

I spent the last year+ getting back into playing guitar after ten years of not playing. I was learning with a DVD set called Metal Method. As a beginner's rock guitar method Metal Method was great, but I have no desire to actually focus on playing metal. I want to keep moving forward but I am expecting twins, so time and money are tight, and an instructor is not an option. My idea of great guitar rock guitar would be Prince, so does anybody here have a recommendation for an intermediate method DVD set?

As a fellow guitarist...

I can say right now for you is pretty much learn the songs.

If you got the fundamentals down,

Just get some prince tab online and start woodshedding the material.

Eventually your expertise will start to blossom.

Also there are some great videos on Youtube as well..

Hell I learned how to play bass purely with youtube tutorials.

Estebanmusic.com He sells DVD's, Guitars, etc. at affordable prices. He teaches easy methods for playing guitar. He is on HSN often promoting his Guitars and DVD'S.

Melbay.com - For sheet music, books, DVD's. When I took two classes(a few years ago) the class used one of Mel Bay's instruction booklets.
