The opening act is the introduction of the lead character and the circumstance beyond hs control.

The scene opens up with James walking up the sidewalk on his way home from work. It’s early morning. The setting is of a lower working class neighborhood. Safe and friendly but not posh like uptown. Not the ghetto but close to it.

Enters into the frame is red Nissan centra, parking at the stop sigh. It’s sam. He is distracted by something in the car and doesn’t see James right away. James enters the yard and then the house. Sam see James just as he enters.

Sam and James have words, the intensity builds and the altercation begins.

I want to shot this scene as honest as possible but as raw and dirty as possible.

This scene is a espression of rape and love. Which will lead us to the second act

The second scene is where the beauty of the story rest. This scene takes place in a very intimate setting. The lead character will be at his most vulnerable. He will be naked in a bathtub. That’s when his closest friends enter the scene and give him the news. This will be the telling story of three individual who are share the same love for one another. I want this scene to show how the three of them are so close that they are like a single entity. But an unexpected change in the cituation leads to a who new beginning. This scene will be tove scene between the three characters.. This scene will also reveal the reasons why the actions have taking place. Its because of the love for one another and the sacrafice that has taken place the lead character has advanced to the third act.

In the third and final act the lead character will be completey different. He will be well dressed, professional and p well protected. This scene opens up with a swirling cup of coffee revealing a new character who is looking up and calls out the lead character as he is entering the school building. There will be security all around him but he will appear to be ubvilious to it. He enters the class room and interrupts the lecture.

Conversation insures

Professor then triggers the memory of where the lead character comes from in the film and this leads to the first act where it left off. The lead character finishes what he is doing by killing the antagonist.

So Zombie Jesus had the exclusive yes, but he didn't have the completed version.

This was something i shot over the past weekend for a. foundation I wasn't suppose to edit it for a couple of weeks but was called late night monday and told that it was urgent that i get something to them.

I was asked to cut together footage from the gathering and still photos that were taken as well. They wanted something that would have an impact on the viewers because they wanted it to go viral here in the twin cities. I spent all day yesterday putting this together on the whim.

Turned it in and then was told to reedit because they didn't want to come across as insensitive.

I argued the point that it wasn't insensitive, that it was actual facts that had taken place.

I didn't win the argument. It is not "MY" project and even though all my time and labor was volunteered it is still their project.

So i will re-edit. But i do like this edit the best.

Here is the final changed edit.

"I am a artist. As an artist, I have chosen to use both audio and visual mediums to communicate and express ideas and emotions with an audience. I use these tools to captivate and stimulate. Provoking the audience into having some sort of response. As an artist why else would I do it.

Combining both audio and visuals elements in my work gives me the ability to create works of art that are only limited by my imagination. Using them I can manipulate each and every one of the human senses and as an artist it is my responsibility to do so.

Starting out I would work for free at a recording studio, learning the techiquecs of recording. I would work 18 hour days, working with bands and engineers, soaking up everything that was shown to me. Being able to capture the sound of an instrument or a group of words used in melodies was an exciting experience. Taking that information and learning to manipulate it so it would perfect, was impowering. I could take rough and raw and make it sound pleasing to the ear, or take something beautiful and delicate and distorted to into something rude and intrusive. As an artist, I enjoy producing music because it allows me to communicate with others, on a level where I can be completely honest and personal, all while still retaining some sort of anonymity. The song Love Scar is the perfect example. It was something I was able to create and then share annonomusly with the public. People could hear an emotional break down by someone and not know that it was the guy they they saw on an every day basis. It is a great way connecting with those who have had a similar experience or even those who just wanted to touch on what it felt like. In sound production learned that I could express exactly what I was feeling, capture it and then share it away freely.

I began work separately in visual production at the local public acces channel back home. I took a 6 week class that introduced me to the idea of what video production was about and how I could use it to commincate stories and ideas to an audience. There I learned how to use camera, editing bays, and got some insight on what television studio productions were like. I learned that I could take the ideas I had visually and combine them with the work I had done in the recording studio and create a much more in depth experience for my audience. I was never really interested in doing “Music Videos” but instead I wanted to visually tell short stories and use the music I produced as the narrator. It was great because mixing the two actually got the audience to focus on something visually while the musical took it’s place in the background. Seeping into the subconscious. It allowed my work to come across more clearly and have a stronger empact.

I am now more interested in mastering the techniques used in great film making to capture an audience and stimulating their senses. Instead of showing people how I felt, I now want to manipulate the audiences into feeling what I them want to feel. If I want them something beautiful I can show them images of something and combine it with beautiful sounds or words and create a certain mood that will stay with them for a long time after."
