Since this is a demo, I know that the finished product will be fire. But let me break it down for you,, my two cents...

The sounds are weak midi, should be replaced with something richer or mor organic imo
Guitar is good, could maybe need a bit more precense, and sounds a bit flat
Vocals are very nice, and the whole composition is actually very good imo, just needs production and better sounds. THe rim on the drum sounds like a sample, and not an actual rim.

I love it though, it's smooth and warm arrangement.
