Oh my goodness...

The part where Meg Ryan (Annie) comes out to check her mail, song "Stand By Your Man via Tammy Wynette/sung by... is just like the camera view in the window when Mr. Prince Nelson had a square crystal ring is on a heart pillow in Sign of the Times movie video thingamajig! Exactly! The same angle view and wow... same feeling. Also, in sign of the times like sleepless... the girl is with the wrong man and destiny intervenes... What a find!

Watch both parts of what I am saying and it will hit you like a ton of bricks bcause it sure hit me.

PS I have the same ring that is on that pillow in Sign of the times Movie!
It's a prism beautiful square crystal, perfect with unique prongs and I got it at an estate sale or while hunting for unique items across america... that is my favorite hobby.

I love romance!

Take care... I LOVE ROMNCE.

oh my goodness two...

And when Tom Hanks (Sam)says, "shut up" and Jonah comes rushing out of his room and say, "Shuuut uuup Shuuut Uppp!" It's just like in UTCM when Mary Sharon said, "Ohhh, Shut Up..., and Mr. Prince Nelson's character, Christopher Tracy ( detective in love, lol for 52 million dollah) says, "Shuuut Uup", " Shuuut Uppp, I kinda like that.!

lolol what similarities does true love find in it's own comedy of destiny...take care, me

"Sleepless in Seattle" is a re-make 1939 "Love Affair",( Irene Dunne) then in 1957 re-make "An Affair To Remember" with Carey Grant ( I love Carey Grant) movies.

Yes, I know. By "Sleepless" I meant Sleepless in Seattle (just got a little lazy plus, in Hollywood, they always shorten the name--just me trying to be in the know).

I watched both Sleepless in Seattle and An Affair to Remember yesterday. Carey Grant was a smoooth operator. I can see why the ladies liked him.

Honestly, the premise and nuances of the film remind me of a love affair I once upon a time, had.

Is it better or worse than When Harry Met Sally? Netflix keeps recommending SIS to me, I'm gonna cave one of these days.

Not sure which is "better" or "worse". Maybe the styles are different. The scenery in SIS is beautiful and the cinematography is more pleasing to my senses. Plus Hanks was cuter than Crystal. I'll have to watch WHMS again. I would recommend Sleepless in Seattle.
