Shit gig syndrome? I had a run of 5 or 6 really great gigs with my jazz quintet but a few weeks ago I had a bad one. Some of it was beyond my control (my ligature broke half way through) Anyway since then my confidence has gone and I've kinda lost the impetus to practice or seek out new gigs. Does anyone else get this or is it just me? if you've gotta pay for things that you've done wrong I've gotta big bill coming at the end of the day- Gil Scott Heron

I'm sure everybody gets this from time to time, but I think if your good-to-bad ratio so far is 6:1, I think it's safe to say you are doing fine!
I think The Osmonds (Yes, I went there) said it best: "One Bad apple don't spoil a whole bunch"
