Yes I do play gigs in the South Florida area between Miami and Palm Beach, but mainly in the season...October to May...summer is very slow for gigs in the summer but I do play in a jazz rehearsal group during the summer. I teach guitar and music theory year round at my studio.

It's cool that you perform. Let me know if you ever play Boston/Mass/New England or Pittsburgh/Penn one day. I will be happy to write a little announcement/review piece, as I freelance for the Boston Globe, MIT's The Tech newspaper and The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette occasionally.
Unless any of these promotes me to 'Florida Correspondent'... but with reduced budgets in the press right now, that's less likely!
