Question for anyone that has been trying to get airplay.

In the old days, give me a bio, and 8x10 glossy, the product and a nicely scored LP box and off we I went to the post office. Today, it's supposed to be easier sending an mp3.

I spent the better portion of yesterday, frustrated as all get out having the mp3 that I emailed to radio station Music Directors returned due to a) file too big or b) blackberry not accepting. The mp3 attachment is standard/best quality at 128 bit or 7.4MB. Won't accept zip either.

So, my understanding is that if I reduce the file size, I'm obviously reducing the quality of the mp3.

What do you do. LIke to hear from some of you, before I start making calls to an MD.
