Hi folks. so here's where I'm at. I've finished my demo-ten songs-got great feedback so far etc.....Its taking me an age to get a band together-and delaying things which is really messing my head up. Different folk telling me different stuff-what I should do-man I'm a bit lost in it all. I been a lurker here for ever-so i know theres a good mix of folk-so I'm hoping I can get some ideas/perspective from you.....
Do i carry on searching for band members-or do i stop looking and concentrate on getting a manager. Its all about the songs and playing for me-so i think the band comes first-BUT-im being advised a decent manager could help with all this- guess if I'm honest-it is a bit much for just me now. I can do the songs alone-but taking it further i need help-I'm just a bit lost where to go next. Thanks in advance.

PS-and i have a few small labels i send stuff to-but if anyone has a list of decent small labels-no majors I'd be grateful. Again-thanks
