I dig this stuff! My favorite is "Back In The Day". A lot of these jams remind me of the early Prince and Pepe Willie jams. Cool stuff! Very pleasing to the ears!

can hear certain infuences in some of these songs..?gary newman ?style council.

Yeah i know, i need to work on the singing. I think i do have potential, but singing is a skill and i need to develop it. Its strange because some people say that i have a good singing voice. Personally i dont think its great (yet) so those who say its good probably just like the music and lyrics rather than my singing, but they feel like they have to compliment the singing aswell.


Translation : I know i cant sing too well, and im pretending to be snobbish and shocked. Isnt it less fun when it has to explained? I cant bring myself to use smilies, i find them tacky, but always remember : If i say something unnecessarily argumentative or stupid, its because im yanking ones chain.

No i dont have a problem with what you said, and surely you know that i was kidding. I have no idea why these days i find it easy to accept criticism about my singing, but i do. I guess it helps when i hear myself thinking "what the fuck?" as im recording.

Heres what i think of my voice : I think i have a fairly good tone, and i do have a pretty good range, and a very good ear. What lets me down is that sometimes i cant exactly hold a note accurately for very long, and im not too good at vibrato, and i lack power, not because i cant sing loud but because for some reason i dont do so. Control is my main issue. Thats what i need to work on.

But like i say its something that has to be developed. I do think i can get better, and its up to me to take the time to do that. There was a time when i couldnt write lyrics very well, and now i believe that im very good at it. Thats because i studied it. Its the same with my guitar playing and arranging. It will be interesting to see how good i can get at singing. I find it hard to believe that i cant do it. Laziness and complacency are the only things that can get in my way.

But if i cant, ill just go back to the streets. My pimp wasnt that bad, he treated me well. Its win win either way.

I just want to point out that my website is more than what it appears to be when you glance at it. Look carefully, theres more going on than just my music.

And ive revamped it, it looks less tacky now. But its a bit lonely here on my own.
