JUST THINKING TODAY TO SHARE SOME TRUTH I have been very ill lately and coming back from literally "hades". We all go thru things in life that makes us realize how quick things can change your life. It's not the external things that happen but the internal energy negation that brings your heart to a stop, so while laying in bed in bedrest for 8 days - I've had time to think, pray and realize.
I read in the bible about 33 times "love one another". Such simple 3 words and yet, as I look around the world, materialistic things get in the way of the truth. It's nice to have things and to give things but they are things. Love in itself is not a thing it is LIFE itself, which you survive on and are given by the father above as truth and nothing but it. I contemplated my own friendships and relationships and came to find I had to make a decision - a very fine decision - that if things don't change from those around me, whom deplete my energy and resources not out of love but out of simply taking - then it's my choice to make the change and move on. In true love the following provides (this stands to reason in friendship and more so, even every day life) One does not say harmful words to another in revenge of a harm said to you. One does not take but only gives and in reciprocation receives without want. One does not act in choice and only in choice towards another in any form of harm (vocal, physical or argumentative). What does peace entail: Having the calm to remain silent when arguments, fights, dis-agreements arise, for this is only the shortcomings of what you do to another comes back to you... the karma effect, the love one another effect. How do you heal another, as well as yourself: Simple: first love you, reflect on your faults and discipline yourself to be able to notice before you effect action towards yourself and outwards to another. Realize: You are in control of your mind (thoughts) made into action (vocal and or physical) before you make the choice, if the choice goes against what you would want done to you - then simply DON'T do it, whether it's vocal or physical. Stand up and notice: We are all equal in spirit, body and mind - this is not what you have in your bank account, what you park in your garage (if you have one), what kind of food you eat or how much you have in food. Life is simply "Love one Another" and you have to love GOD first then yourself. Example: to the smallest degree... while laying in bed, trying to get better today - I saw a bee climb up my wall to which I got up and took a shoe, as if I was going to kill it. I stopped - I remained silent and that bee cleaned itself then flew to my chandelier and is sleeping on it. I can't kill this bee - it's beautiful. I don't know if this darn bee will sting me today - but I know I won't be killing it. I hope something in this notation - makes you feel good about you today, becuz you are loved, very far away... Bees... not a lot of people realize this, but do not sting for sport. They sting in defense. To your point... you found it within yourself to let it be.. you loved.. it lived.. it now has the power to create honey (Possibly, I honestly have no clue how and which bees create honeycombs, but I know they're involved!lol) But it may give you gifts in return, is all i'm saying. What if the buzzing creates a thought and helps you write a song?

I love bees and and all the different honey they make... and... I was actually at your myspace yesterday Sigmia... I'm really liking some of your sounds and songs.... and your post brought up some interesting responses in me that i was gonna post.. but because i wrote so much it got timed out... not to worry.... good thoughts last... and will surface if there meant to... and yep.. ther givers and takers world of love can be very draining on many levels... good to hear you waking up to that and looking more at what is right for you and what you want in your world.... to me love is more like a treasure to be sort rather than a ball in sport to be caught... but then again if Janet was kicking the ball..... i'd run with it...  very slowly of course....

Well, it's 09/27/2008 and I am finally feeling back up to par. It took me a very very VERY long time to get to 80 percent better. I have never been as ill, as I have been in the past five weeks. GOD was telling me something! Never take life for granted and you can't take on the entire world that is up to him. I appreciate the kind words in this thread. I truly do. And I whole heartedly appreciate anyone who for a split second thought nice kind words, even if it wasn't posted. What is the main thing I have learned about being truly ill? GOD Jehovah is in control. I am back in the studio and will be finalizing the songs for everybody to simply smile or think about by the end of October. I am not doing music for self ego-tistical but I am doing what I do because I promised GOD Jehovah in 1998 when I lost my voice for two weeks in November 1998 that I would use what he gave me in honor of him, period.
