CONFIRMED - I'll be supporting New Orleans Blues/Jazz pianist Dr. John on the UK leg of his tour for 3 nights as a featured singer with former bandmates Harambe...

also confirmed...

I'll be playing Drums at an event with the Monty Python clan (Eric Idle, John Cleese et al) for HRH Prince Of Wales 60th Birthday in November in which, the aforementioned will be in attendance and highlights will be broadcast on terrestrial channel ITV1 in the UK...

Dr. John was a cool cat, was great fun 2 hang with him... finally played the only jazz venue in London I haven't played - Ronnie Scotts recently and tonight had a long chat with Peter Stringfellow regarding the upcoming Prince of Wales gig I'm doing...

New solo material to close the 1st decade of the new millenium will be made public....

I played for Prince Charles on Wednesday night at a do where Robin Williams, Joan Rivers, Omid Djalili, Rowan Atkinson, John Cleese among others performed.

I was playing Drums for Eric Idle. If anyone is in the UK, they can catch me performing (although I may not be on camera) on Saturday around 22:30 with Eric Idle.

Even got picked up in a presidential blacked-out bulletproof BMW which was nice.

An amazing experience, will post pics next week when my internet connection at home is live.

Namedropper.

Mind you, it reminds me of the time i was hanging out with Stevie Wonder. I told him hed make a comeback soon but he didnt see it happening. Then i ran into Gary Glitter, whod just come back from a nice break in Burma. He said everyone there looked young, i said you should have gotten out more often. Thats when Rick James strutted by, what a bitch. Anyway i took Stevie home, avoiding ladders (hes very superstitious), and there was Girls Aloud busking outside the kebab shop, so i threw my shoe at them and told them to keep the noise down. Tucked Stevie in (no, i didnt "play" for him), and hit the sack. What a night.
