OK, so we got butterflies, a lion, and ants...I gotta keep an eye
out to see where this is all going

Ants, and bees (not mentioned here) do work well together...
one of the lower forums of life(insects) do know
community and working together to keep it going.

They don't have any social life, but oh well lol

Humans however should be able to work well together,
plus have conversation and social activity....but it
doesn't always seem that way.

and support one another as well....

In a community that works well together, when one stalls or slows down,
another member takes over....sorta like a gaggle of geese when they fly.
Where humans are concerned, there are emotions which sometimes
take over, making a difference at times.

It's nice to have bears and lions when the butterflies give way to stagefright.

In this poem the "old- fashioned games" is used to describe a society's unwillingness to advance it'self.Even when the technology to do so exists.
