Looks like the cat is drunk but I think he has a kidney problem and alot of cats and dogs are treated pretty bad here.
Pisses me off..lol
BUT i slip them food and carinho once and a while.

Hi Emile....after watching that video, I see what you mean about
the cat. We don't have an overabundance of feral cats here, but
nevertheless you still see enough....it is sad.

The momma cat we used to have was a feral cat....she was locked in
an attic, and the next owner found her still alive (it was a lake
resort).....but rather than take care of her themselves, they let
her loose on the lake property, and when we came to stay at the
resort, she adopted us and proceeded to have a litter of 4 kittens
underneath our daughter's bed.

We ended up taking them all back home with us, keeping the momma
and one kitten, and found homes for the remaining two.

I sold my washburn bass so i can see the highest mountain in Portugal where they have wolves and bears.
