I am writing a book of poetry and have considered putting it to music as well as to the art I am creating for it. Not sung but with a disc of tracks that work with each poem to be listened to while reading the book and also the tracks overlaid by the read words for listeners who cannot read.

My dyslexic son has inspired this. I want a CD included with the book that has music which enhances the musical quality of the rythmn and the thoughts behind the words so the two become one.

I will tell you the inspiration and thoughts behind each poem etc so you can up with suitable sounds.

Anyone want to experiment with this?

I will need to do this by email etc and not in person as Im having chemo at the mo and not out and about like usual.
