The real "girl from Ipanema" still walks around in Ipanema.(the girl who the song was written for).
You'll never get that place outta your heart.
I did have a problem with the great difference between rich and poor.
But it was a place I wanted to stay.

Natal, Florianopolis and Salvador have better beaches than Rio de Janeiro. And still they are more secure places. Rio is pure Marketing. It´s full of thieves and chaos.

Wow, it´s incredible. Very experimental, and the rythm do sounds like Brazilian rythms.

Thanks so much...I'm just trying to get away from the current trends in guitar music...I think keyboardist/composer Joe Zawinul was always one of the most innovative musicians of our time. I am very influenced by his works and I'm a very big fan. So I guess this piece was a reflection on that influence. Thanks again for your comment.
