For my little brother... She was only 8 when she plunged the item into the little’s boy’s face, with a powerful force of hatred that was ingrained in her soul At that very moment, the little boy screamed and cried in pain, in shock as the wound in his face grew cold. He realized what happened and asked her “Why.. why did you do that to me? I am just as human as you, can’t you see?" From the moment of her actions, had she known what she had done? Did she care that the little boy was somebody’s son? In her mind all she saw was the color of his skin, that somebody told her was the curse of sin. Oh what we teach our children must be taught with care And not by our imagination or some unknown fear Time has passed and the little boy survived, his spirit forgiving and his life revived, but he will never forget when he was 8 years old, the little girl that displayed her racial hatred on his “innocent” soul.
