my idea for a story i am writing; what you think. im trying to make a hybrid of a story/opera
im trying to mix a mirror world, with a dark sordid feel to it. kind of a grotesque alice in the wonderland like story. its cut into 5 or 6 stories, that come together. i know your thinking like a fantasy movie, im thinking the story is going to take place in a urban city.

I am writing a book too, well actually two books. Ones a poetry book to combine my poetry from the 80s as a teenager and my current poetry with dialogue also.
Plus the second is a childrens fantasy story called 'The land of the lost thoughts'. Cant say too much more about that one as its very much in progress. I write in bursts maybe each day for a week and then nothing comes so its left for a while. My poetries the same, they come to me in an instant and I write them down whereever I am and then go back to them a little later to edit and arrange the stanzas correctly, but mostly they fall right first time. The kids book has a few chapters ready but not in sequence yet as Im still growing the story. I have a rough plot and a fina outcome decided so I wrote the story plan down in one go but wait for inspiration for each chapter. How do you go about your writing? walk with crooked shoes www.myspace/syblepurplelishous
