i use my imagination and a 'lil lubricant.

I sometimes record drums or drumloops just drummin' with my fingers on the keys in drum/percussion mode on my yamaha synth.

I use to play on a drumkit.
But now I can't caus I have neighbors etc.
But I miss a real drummer.

i don't have any set rules for getting drum tracks.
the song usually dictates the drum sound but i have also written songs around a drum beat/drum sound as well.
sometimes i use loop's in conjunction with a real kit to spice things up.

I sample my own handclaps and mouth breaks / snaps too

I'm listening some beats laid down on harpsichord... for inspiration on how I'm going to come up with my own.
