Is Sonar 6 the best and easiest? is this the best to do pop stuff on?

I looked at the program (did a search), and it seems like with the variety of programs out there, while some are better than others, unless you're a degreed professional in recording, etc., it's really six of one, half a dozen of the others. So you could use that, or you could even use something like Garage Band - they'd probably both work just as well, but both have their quirks.

No, it won't make you sound like a professional producer in itself (I take it your comment was somewhat ironic / laconic though). That will take time and dedication to achieve. SONAR's been a great program for years though, but it's just a platform in itself.
I've been using SONAR 2.1 for years myself. The recording programs were enough sophisticated for professional level recording already in the early part of the decade, and the real improvements since have been quite marginal. The rest is up to your own skills - or rather, how much effort you are willing to put into learning about things you'll need to know about pop music production that cannot just be automated by some computer program.
