Now is the time, get out notice snowflakes, notice the sky, stand still for pete sake for 1 moment and just breath deeply! Notice the drop of rain that lands on your hand! Notice the sound of your boots, heels or sneakers on the pavement, snowfilled grass or just stand in the sunshine and feel the energy around you. I bet you never moved your hand and felt the wind move around it, while you are the one moving it. If you don't stop and take a moment to notice your dreams in living then how can you even know you are! Today, "Sleepless in Seattle"! tomorrow, awake in heaven! Well, I said how I felt today about YOU, myself and the world... and I hope you are smiling and doing something about it! Start Now! Take care QuietSeven!
