Well here is a new song I finished along with some others tunes I remastered. Well It's actually kind of a song, not very traditional.

Let me know what you think. I'm particularly interested on comments regarding the mix and mastering job, which I did myself. Previously I was having problems with the low end being too boomy and crazy out of control. Hopefully that is ok now.

Great tune, I really like the break down and just the ideas behind it.

It sounds like there's a pan flute being played behind the entire mix to me, it hurts me. The low end isn't really there, everything seems to be in the mids and highs.

yes the synth with the flute effect is the Native Instruments FM7. I can see why it might drive you insane.


ok "missing low end" is going to drive me insane. sigh - any one else feel like there is a lack in the low end?

I might just have to break down and hook up my old audix A1's for reference along with the other monitors I have. *screams*
