I missed this the first time.
I think your soul has developed with this stuff in a major way. I guess you've been coming around here for years and I hear growth, positive, soulful, growth. Amy Winehouse and a few others haven't shown me anything, but they only have one album that I've heard. Your music is AWESOME, keep this coming... What's the story behind the song? Your vocals are always good. I just dont understand the song. I'm a little slow, I need some explination. Straight Jacket Funk Affair

It just kinda shocked me that someone like Prince wanted to give her the time of day as she is quite the antithesis of Prince with the Drugs, booze and leary mouth. I guess rather her than Joss Stone though, but I think P. just said it as a clever PR spin, because she was getting a lot of (negative) media attention at the time. The vocal arrangements were heavily inspired by another British artist - Omar. Now Prince and Omar would be something to see! Well, voila! PP4, this may come as a shock, but I been writing a lot of rock-based material recently, predominantly for my band "Short Skirtz"! I'll give U a peek soon! As when I am about to listen to your music..Im not sure what to expect. I don't have a specific sound to think of when it comes to you. That's what keeps you fresh and new.
