Two multi-instrumentalists (1 in US, 1 in Europe) looking for a soulful vocalist to participate in open-ended original & unique transcontinental Soul/Funk/Rock recording. Us = vast history, success locally, productive, record by exchanging wav files, etc. You = highly skilled, able to harmonize creatively/ferociously, computer literate with ability to engineer your own vocal tracks. It is a great way to stockpile music without the pitfalls of a traditional band. Influences include Prince, Jamiroquai, Stevie Wonder, Sly Stone, Lenny Kravitz, Jimi Hendrix, P-Funk, Maxwell, Retro-Soul, and on and on). We have current vocalists that work with us. We will continue with them as we expand our contacts. Goals = We both have families and have “been there/done that” with the music pipedreams. We just make music that would be welcome in our collection. If we stockpile 10-12 songs with one vocalist, possible web exposure, etc. Both of us work, but have professionally gigged, recorded, and sold recordings as well.
