Last Chances to see tender at the Edinburgh Fringe!

Hey kids! I just wanted to let you know that there are only two more chances to see tender at this year Edinburgh's Fringe Festival. Our last shows are Saturday, the 18th and Sunday the 19th. Then we're back off to fight the god fight against George Bush and his merry men. We've traveled all the way over from America to give you all a top show so please do come see it. And press does get free passes so I as you again, what's not to love?

Thank You in advance
Shapour Benard

BrownElyse Productions in conjunction with Johnny Belle Productions Announces tender by Shapour Benard
Edinburgh, Scotland-BrownElyse productions is proud to announce its production of tender by Shapour Benard, directed by Julie Baber. The show will run August 15th-19th at The Vault. All performances are at 15:45. This is a full-length production, which runs 1 hour and 20 minutes with no intermission.

In an attempt to ease the transaction in Soledad's twenty-eighth year, Sam and Anna throw her a surprise party that is gleefully crashed by Julie. Julie comes bearing the answers and solutions to all of Soledad's questions and problems, or so she says, much to the chagrin of Anna and Sam. "I can do it." She says "I know how to make your parents proud of you." Julie's arrival and actions set into motion series of events that force Soledad to face old disappointments and let downs, causing her to question what she truly wants out of her life. How will Soledad cope when and if she stops running? This time will she finally be able to stand in herself and accept who she is, regardless of family pressure and judgment? As we journey through the lives of these four women we experience the celebration and confusion of change and learn that tender is the day the demons go away.

Shapour Benard's tender features actresses Kellie McCants, Andrea Dionne, Kelly Dwyer and Amber Gray.
The Vault is a new venue located at the end of Merchant Street, off Candlemaker Row Tickets for all shows are £6.50 (£4.00) and can be purchased at the Fringe Box Office or at The Vault box office.

BrownElyse Productions develops and produces works written and directed by women that present an authentic view of women of colour, which encompasses our struggles and growth while empowering us by destroying stereotypes.
Johnny Belle Productions is a company dedicated both to introducing southern theatre talent (whether it be playwright, actor, director, designer, or stage manager) to the international theatre world and to sustaining that talent once established.
