Hi All!!


I just got a new capture card to upload my old VHS music videos.
This stuff is from 1997.
Music recorded on my tascam 8 track recorder and the images I shot on a bolex 16mm camera.
All images from Holland.

I found a 20 minute musicvideo I made with super 8 images I shot in South Carolina.
The VHS tapes are almost kaputt so the quality sux but still very cool and oldschool.
I'll upload it today.

well..the 1:10 is where the music piece cuts to a loop...or repeat.
The cool part at that point is the guitar howl and 747 engine...lol.
I'm gonna upload the the super 8 film.
I wish I could scan every frame 1200x860 in a laboratory..but this is copy of screening and autofocus was on.

capture card was 40 dolla.
You can put your old vhs videos on ur pc.
It's been around for years.
In the old days I was cutting and taping stuff..now u got the digital hollywood studio.People can make their videos for nothing nowadays...and even make it look like 1930 if they want.
Thats pretty cool.

i had a capture card years ago...
the transfer quality was crap back then...
and i'd like something to improve the
video quality... coz thats crap now...

That wasn't even planned..I met 2 Spanish students while I was filming and asked them to fly the kite in front of the lens.
It looks like a angel fish.

The super 8 film is 35 minutes.I recorded all music on my 8 track in 1996 It's one piece but I had to cut it into 3 parts for youtube.
Almost finished uploading.
