Poems and Music relaxation for the mind and spirit to take a breathe down

Through my entire lifetime poetry has been the best way for me to express my self, even when noones paying any attention or I'm the only one there. There is not just one kind of art anyone is an artist( they just have to find their artist inside them). Like me, I consider my art to be in poetry,drawing,cooking,and singing.
