I gotta jam called "Broke Ass"... (unfortuatley the title was inspired by Fergie), but the track is like a So So Def Bass All star song with the computer lines from "Digital Display" in the chorus....its tight.

Okay then y'all....
BEAU HALL! When can we start uploading songs to your space? Or, Vina, do you have an idea where we can send the files to? Maybe we can temporarily use Soundclick then transfer songs to the NFO site when we, Yamomma, and the NFO guy are ready.... PS....I think the NFO guy is working on something very cool for a CD cover concept right now....I sent him a couple of ideas....
And, just another reminder to those who don't like Soundclick's quality, it would only be temporary until we get the songs to the NFO site, it would just be something to get the feeling that we are beginning to accomplish something. [Edited 3/31/07 8:55am] | |

This is fantastic news! I loved the first three projects, and the other releases on the NFO site! I've always wanted to contribute, but never got around to it.
Would it be possible for me to submit a few heavy rock songs? Or is this a "Funk" oriented project? "You've got a million dollar smile, but you can't buy time...

So... Umm... Where do I upload these songs? I'm not the least bit familiar with soundclick. Are we each supposed to be able to upload songs there? Alright folks... I'm having a bit of a problem choosing which of my "children" will be (dis)gracing the new NFO project. I didn't want to submit a whole crapload of material when everyone else was only submitting a song or two. So I narrowed it down to a handfull of tunes that I think are pretty strong songs all in all (although some of them certainly need a bit of touching up at the mixing console). The rest is up to you. I can't play favorites!
Jason - you're welcome to upload any or all of these to the Project 4 page at Soundclick... House Of Glass - This ones a pretty basic, late 80s-style, heavy rock song. Untitled - Same premise as the above song, but a bit more "high-energy". No vocal track on this one yet. I can post lyrics if anyone wants to read them (not that they're "deep" or "poetic") Think I Gotta Problem - Something a bit more "moody". Not a very good vocal take on this one. Doc's more of a "punk" style vocalist. Hitting the right notes isn't his strong point! The Devil Made Me Do It - If the Sex Pistols and Chuck Berry ever wrote a song together this is what it would sound like... Fr. Lonely - This one's a bit "heavier". Or at least it has a more obvious "metal" influence than the others. There was a lot of bleed-over on the vocal track, so I'll have to re-record Doc and re-mix the whole thing to make it more presentable. Last but not least... My Angel - WARNING: This is a very long song (10:13)!! Our stab at an "epic" love ballad. No vocal track yet. Again - I can post lyrics upon request. FYI - these are all currently at 112 kilobytes/sec, which can be remedied easily enough in the near future. Now VOTE!! Thanx all. Enjoy!! P.S. - Obsessed... Your avatar rules!
