Hmm, I wouldn't get one just yet. First of all, most of the things this does you should be able to do on your pc with some simple audio software (something like transkriber) and maybe a guitar port or behringer v-amp (cheap and fun!). Second, you're not at the stage where you want to be figuring out solo's by ear. A beginner's book with some tab for well known songs should keep you busy for a while.
