Handclapsfinga snapz	uptowns not uptown: rest in peace, NPGMC for the first half of my planned doubleshot comic (the 2nd half will be up for view tomorrow afternoon!), i decided to make an obituary for the NPGMC. it helped kill boredom really, as i don't have any 4th of july barbeques to attend or anything so i'm sitting here at home and twiddling around on paint shop pro. so, here it is.
