My wife just had spine-fusion surgery on two discs on her neck last week. So I'm at home all week being the humble manservant, and we're getting the house ready to sell - so when I'm not being a gopher, i'm packing stuff, and when I'm not packing stuff, I'm getting the boys ready for this n that (take notes A8, take notes). It never ends. Not whining, just - okay, I'm whining.

Haven't touched my deck, haven't touched my guitar since my "I'm going on hiatus show" three weeks ago. Sigh.

I'm fine - no heart stops, but man, no rest for the wicked either.

Beau, you and many of us have done better than anyone could expect. Hang in there. Takes tremendous character to put years into anything and not get much back, many of us do that and lets blow our horn a bit, there's a million distractions and not nearly enough support but we do it.

Update - she's now in a brace and can't pick up anything heavy, so I'm corralling the kids morning and night, and I'm exhausted after that. Man I miss my free nights.
