I'm sooooo excited about this! Harianada plays the Veena and is touring with Ravi Shankar right now. I saw him Friday night. Amazing performance. Back in March I sang at a Vishwananda Satsang and Harianada was there, but I didn't meet him. Here is a picture of me here from that night.



My friend Brindavani works with Swami Vishwananda and she asked me if I would like to sing with Harianada when he comes back for a satsang this month. She told him I was the backup singer with the long brown hair and her remembered me. He got my phone number from her and called me to tell me how excited he was that I was going to be singing with him! Wow!


Oh yeah, Hariananda was also in the Concert For George.

Congrats! His kids are awesome musicians as well, his daughter in the tribute to George Harrison was not only an awesome musician but so damn fine
