Do they have a sequencer? Does the sequencer have built-in sounds? You'll need to find out where those sounds are being stored on your computer. Start with the cakewalk directory and look around. I don't remember - I think cakewalk is midi and wav recorder, but I don't remember if they have a sequencer. Well - at least the 1992 version I had.

Hey Tal you can also download ACID lite and use that instead - except that there's no good effects and you're limited to 8 tracks. So, hm, nevermind.
