Hello my friends, i've been with a kinda strong pain in my hand when i do vertical movements with my wrist,, the pain is in the opposite side of the palm of my hand, have anyone here had pain in thei hands? should i see a doctor or just give a rest? lately i've been pratcing very much lead guitar and i don't heat before play. i am worried. Has someone here had physical problems in he hands because of too much playing?
