When someone posts music or art or poetry on this site and says "what do you think", if the stuff is awesome, I would say so. If I felt that it could be improved, I think I've said so in a constructive way, I hope that my comments have not offended or hurt anybody's feelings - you asked for opinions, and I gave you mine, and I think I always try to say it in a "this is just my opinion and I could be wrong, I OFTEN AM" kind of way.

Over the past 5 years I've been on here, there's been conflicts that have always been resolved mutually and respectfully, some private, some not so private.

So when there are posts that seem to be thinly directed at me, whether it's my dead-tired-paranoia kicking in, or whether I'm dead on about it being about me - look - if I pissed you off by rambling on and on about my time in the studio, Dre, then just tell me to shut up.

If you don't like that I'm willing to sell my music instead of give it away, Pilot Beacon/Sacredwarrior, that's okay, I don't think there's anything wrong with either perspective, I don't rip you a new ass everytime you post a song for free, do I? So why would you be so negative to me about the things I do?

And why would you do it in a thinly-veiled comment? Why not just say, "hey I'm not like that asshole Beau who's trying to SELL his stuff! He's such a capitalist!" or, in the studio updates, why not write, "Wow, could you talk more about yourself Beau?" I would laugh at your comment and it wouldn't bother me as much as the catty B.S. that's going on.

So there. I've put it out there. We're all different. I'm not looking to please all of the people all of the time, and I know maybe my constant babbling bugs some folks. No biggie. Don't read my posts, it's not obligatory, is it? If you want to orgnote me and tell me everything that you find wrong and offensive about me, hey, go right ahead. If you want to make a post called, "here's why Beau is an ass" go right ahead.

But the underhanded stuff - what's the point? Be a man, or a woman, and come out and say what you mean. Here's your opportunity, right here in this post.

You don't like that I opened the can of worms about grammar and spelling, respectful, then WRITE IT OUT IN HERE and I will apologize for hurting your feelings. (not that you've written anything about me, but I know that I opened a can of worms there that I didn't intend to do).

Thanks for all the FREE php advice and files Beau! I will make a decent chunk of change from that knowedge that will help me ... in turn, provide a lot of FREE web stuff/service to other people. You're plenty generous in my book.

I'll be buying your CD when it's ready. I got Dre's CD a while back and I'm still diggin on it. I bought Pilot Beacon's CD too and actually got the honor of helping her put it together. JD sent me two of his in the mail and I didn't even expect it. This place has some awesome talent and I'm glad to be over in this corner.

Very cool to see all this productivity. A lot of us are stepping up our game and that's an awesome thing to watch.

I've been here since the beginning. Flashpointe and I and a few others asked Ben for an Artist's Forum so non- artists wouldn't be "offended" that we discussed our music in Music:Non-Prince or General Discussion. And now we offend eachother? Man, that is priceless. Since I've been here practically every day since this forum started (and I've read just about every thread...) I know Beau isn't a jerk. In fact, he's been the most generous when it comes to helping out with recording issues. Most people say "Cool song," or just post an emoticon... I'd rather have someone be specific and take the time to really listen to my track.

For the most part, this forum has been a really supportive place for us to share our music and ideas. Many people have sold cds here, even Pilot Beacon. There is nothing wrong with selling cds, asking for pre-orders or posting a daily log about your studio time. Whoever has a problem with any of it should ask themselves why they have a problem with it.

Beau, you are cool in my book. Sometimes some people in this corner of the org can be a bit uptight, if I may advise you just let them be, man. I would guess it's all just a projection of their own shortcomings, so don't let that bother you.

Beau, I have no issue with your posts about your time in the studio. In fact, I am glad that you are adding life to this forum by posting here. Your posts are very educating for those who haven't had any official studio time.

In fact, I believe it is very humble of you to volunteer a song to the new project. That alone shows that you don't feel like you are "better" than anyone else.

Beau is on of the pillars that hold this forum together. If it wasn't for Funkmaster B, I don't know if I would hang around as much. Beau is the life of the party around this joint. He is educational and just plain funny as hell. He is one of the few people that I know that makes fun of himself more than others. Be yourself B. We love u the way u are. Just a random lurk, I just think some people take stuff too seriously and that's why I've decided to take a little break (but here I am posting ) because I found that I was turning into one of those people.

I told myself tune out of the internet and make some music, that's why I come to the Org, not to talk about grammar or let certain people's arrogance bother me. There are some cool people here and checking out people's stuff with constructive criticism is one thing I really enjoy here but ANYTHING else is drama.

I think the thing some people forget is that people are coming here from all over the earth and each having their individual culture. Even in different parts of the US people have different cultures. Maybe it's just time a little more respect is shown in that regard.

Beau, y'know we've got a lot in common (other than where we live) and I'm one of your biggest fans and Tal is right on point as usual. Sometimes people get pissed off and that's a shame but to me it just depends on how you respond to it or don't respond it.

Beau, keep it rolling. With Prince in hiding, updates on your music are the only reason I check the org regularly anymore.

I enjoyed your contributions to this forum very much (even if you don't comment on my songs at all! ).

Maybe Pilot Beacon had a problem with the (IMO funny) "I need money"-attitude in your pre-order posting, don't know.

Yeah, well - it seems like everybody's selling something - I just decided to lay it out on the table. My personality can rub people the wrong way, and that, I don't mind. Honest. You don't HAVE to like me. I'm fine with not pleasing all the people all the time.

I AM kind of shocked at the sudden silence from one so prolific in her messages though. I'm not name calling here... just asking her to tell me if I wronged her at some point. Honest. I'm not trying to build a barrier between me and anybody, if you don't like me, there's nothing wrong with that, I'll even give you the address to that club, but I don't understand the masqueraded negativity.

Personally I don't know where Beau finds the energy to contibute what he does here.

I've learn't a lot,( and even made notes ); i'm sure other's have to.
Being big enough to debate issues in a passionate way doesn't make someone an asshole, just begs for a response if you don't agree. I thought that was healthy, and how things are. Being upfront and not caring what others think of you shouldn't be taken the wrong way, as it's often the only way to get a message across, dynamically and quickly.
There are heaps of people in this forum with just as much to offer, and they do so, but maybe Beau's "think out loud" way of expressing himself and sarcastic wit gives a false impression of what he's ultimately saying as i see it : " I'll help you all I can, plus, can someone offer me some advice when and if I need it!"
