Okay, I had my doubts initially about this tune - the original tracks lacked the UNH! that I'd hoped would be on every song. But thanks to some studio tricks and about 80 backing vocals, I've turned the song into instant cash.

The story behind the song? Romeo gets pulled over by a police officer who is hot. He tries to bribe his way out of the ticket, she arrests him, he tries to flirt his way out and hilarity ensues.

The typical boy-meets-ladycop-bribes-arrests-does-the-humpty. Who hasn't heard it before.

This tune is actually about 5 years old but I'm putting it on the CD. This is the song that people shout out at my shows. I would be stupid not to include it.

WHY THIS SONG ROCKS:
- the hendrix reverse guitar solo
- the we-are-the-world chorus
- there was a cop in the vocal booth watching me while I sang the song
- the false ending.

I love this song. I'm trying to be stingy with these studio tunes, not giving them away but holy crap I GOTTA share this thing.

Beau, I've seen the commercials for the INXS reality show and none of the vocalists can hold a candle to the stuff I've heard you do. Add to that your guitar playing and you should've been a shoo-in. What exactly were the producers/casting agents looking for?

Hi Beau, I've just been listening to the Beaurocks.com site and it sure does rock. But I do miss some songs like Super Hot Ladycop, I guess the tracks over there are just a teaser and not the definite album?

Right. I can't be just GIVING AWAY the whole album now, can I? Those are older mixes as well. I'll update the thing with newer versions, and probably have the player load 4 or 5 songs at random each time. I have no clue. I played last night, and I'm exhausted. It was the last of the restaurant gigs, so I'll never have to listen to some drunk ditz request "Brown Eyed Girl" ever again. Ever.
