I was listening to the bootleg 'Intimate moments' today and prince plays a great raw/blues piano version of this track alone by the piano. Can any body tell me the chord structure to this song, please?

theirs not really much of a chord progression

just a funky bass line

theirs a light synth in the background that reveals some kinda progression, but my ears arent that good to figure them out

i think its just G minor 7 to F major throughout,
with the bass guitar sliding up from f to g and back down again (played on a fretless)
