name of guitar tone does anyone know the name of the guitar tone/petal that Prince uses on Somebody's Somebody and I can't make u love me. This tone is also used by Lenny Kravitz on It ain't over till it's over and Redbone on Come and get your Love. Thanks!!!!! | |

It's a electric sitar, Prince mentioned some years back in an issue of Guitar World that has one in his arsenal. "Aint nuthin' but a muffin, got a lot of butter 2 go!" | |
