HUSH !!! --------------------> I'm two songs away from a 50 minute CD, yea!
I've been meaning to finish this one for a while. It's my contribution to the paranoid and delusional, just the way I like it. This song has a simple structure, but it has an 80's feel so I'm sure some of you will like it. If ya's have time time take a listen and let me know what you think. Thanks

I love the style of your music. I has a unique quality. I was trying to describe it as I'm listening but the only group I can think of that is close is Dream Academy with the ambience and depth. Great work. [Edited 3/9/05 19:03pm]

I like it. I think this is my 2nd favorite song by you.
We can all sit here and analyze and try to figure out where your vocal style comes from, but I want to just ask you where you think it comes from. Your vocals are unique and I'm curious who you consider your vocal influences. You definitely have your signature sound.

I think each song kind of dictates the way it needs to be sung. I "attempt" to put a personality into each one. I suppose without any training I just kind of do things my own way. I have a ton of influences, but... I think it's an artists job to take their influences, absorb them, but not emulate them. I think if you just embrace yourself without second guessing due to fear, frustration, rejection or whatever then your "voice" will come out. Does that make sense? What a cool question, I had to think about that. Thanks

Impeccable production as always, and you have this pop sensibility that I really like. The spoken part reminds me too much of Silverscreens by Felix Da Housecat, but I am sure you did that intentionally. I am sure there is a market for your music. We'll see when that CD of yours is finished.
Good to read that you like Steely Dan, they are one of my favorite acts of all time! RIP Prince: thank U 4 a funky Time...
