No, but just in case you don't know (though you probably do) Now's the Time is a jazz standard originally by Charlie Parker so I think you'll be able to find some sheet music for it quite easily which might help in figuring it out. Parker recorded several versions, the earliest versions are quite slow, but I know a later version that's closer to P's in tempo. Good luck!
(BTW, in Blues in C on Livesexy, the horns play the theme to Billie's Bounce by Charlie Parker)

It's just a walking bass line, playing over a I-IV-V progression.

I'm thinking he might be implying some substutions because the bass sounds pretty out there, iirc.

Now's the time is a jazz blues in F methinks.
The walking bass that's played on SOTT is mostly something like this:

F - Eb - C - B |Bb - D - Eb - E |F - Eb - C - Eb |F - Eb - C - Eb |
Bb - D - Eb - F|Bb - Ab - G - Eb|F - Eb - C - Eb |F - Eb - Bb - A |
G - A - Bb - B |C - D - Eb - E |F - G - Ab - A |Bb - D - Eb - E ||

and variations of it on the same chords. (Maybe there's some errors in here, but I had to do it out of my head. Something I'm not too good at wink )
