ME AND MY PLANE Me and my plane...
Flying high in the sky... Saw the love of God's Frame... As I was flying right by... I Looked to the EAST and... Stared at the WEST... I found North and South... And Cried with the BEST... Flew circles and bends... Didn't want this to end... Sat way in the tides... As the clouds touched my mind... SO Now I can feel... Heaven truly is real... Just me and my Plane... For ME its the OPEN sea...The smell of the salt...The spray at the lee...The wind in my hair...My mind---not a care...The warm sultry summer night air. The starboard I steer...The skies are so clear...Memories of getting HER soooo very dear. I thank God, my creator...All this beauty is free...I hear nothing but water and HIM talking 2 ME. The waves, they caress me, gently soothing my soul...I have inner peace now...in this huge deep dark hole... I cant even imagine how small I must be... sailing here on the ocean...just Jesus & me. written by Grandebelle on 1/30/05 just bcuz I love boats & what they float on. Used 2 be known as CAPTAIN.  1st poem I've written 4 many yrs.May the BELLS ring 4 U even when ur not in love.   | |
