Here I can stay... MayB for a little while... Mayb for a little smile... I won't bother you... Why do we speak... To many words are weak... Nothing compares to this... A simple conversation... Energies we mixed are rising to light, Didn't think the words would fit...tonight, Cuz nothing felt or seemed so right... I never asked too much from you... So Can't you see... I beleeve in you... as a friend (eternally). People never know... The moments of letting go... Of being innocent... Without a reason... Why do the moments end.. Did it really matter friend... Paradise
You're like my warm sun on a soft sandy beach My eyes closed and imagining the most beautiful things in all the world Butterflies leaping from flower to flower Lilacs and daisies smiling at the very same sky Children laughing and leaping Green grass Big trees Happy days - endless All the days of caked on mud in fear doubt and worries Dissolving away In the glorious light of the sun Could it really be this warm Could the sun really be shining on me Could I really be soft Could I really be in heaven Dancing in my happy meadows of green grass and rolling hills Is it going to end Or is it only going to get better How can this be Am I not put here to work and to struggle As in all the days gone by? How can this sunlight be so warm How can this spring be so ALIVE? Can it be true Can my legs finally rest Can my heart really be at peace Can I really bathe in this sunshine Coming to know all of its essence I look around and I see death and disappointment everywhere Could the sun really be so warm I see broken hearts and sadness Only the birds are this happy Am I in the same sunshine as them Am I on the same beach as the warm sand Am I dancing on the same lilacs and daisies as the butterflies Am I singing with the birds Am I floating with the clouds and dancing with the oceans In all the artificialness of the earth, can I truly be blooming as a flower in this sunshine I'm dripping like a honeycomb Running like a waterfall Melting away like a giant ice cube Surely earth has never seen this heaven For this place is not of earth How could it be any other way Paradise It wasn't found on earth It comes from above It lives in heaven Heaven on earth Paradise A picture of what is to come Paradise A new heaven and a new earth Not to be held by one But to be had by all All as one In this sunlight In this meadow As one has so all Paradise Tear stained pages You make me vapor | |
